Our second video in the Blue Ridge Parkway series takes us from mile 6
to 16. Along the way are the Humpback Rocks overlook and picnic area,

We begin our Blue Ridge Parkway series, starting at the northern end near Rockfish Gap in Virginia on the edge of the Shenendoah National Park. We briefly outline the history of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and finish with some video at the Humpback Rocks Visitor Center at Mile 6.

Cherokee is a census-designated place (CDP) in Swain and Jackson
counties in western North Carolina, United States, within the Qualla
Boundary land trust. It is located in the Oconaluftee River Valley
around the intersection of U.S. Route 19 and U.S. Route 441. As of the
2010 census, the CDP had a population of 2,138.

This is our final video on I-81 (for now). We begin at Mile 92 in
Pulaski County in the unincorporated community of Draper. We cross the
New River into Montgomery County, and finish up in Christiansburg at
Exit 118.
