2018 Mississippi River Flood Watch - March 7, 2018, 7:30 am

Our second video in this series, as the Mississippi River nears flood stage at New Orleans.  As of 7:30 am, March 7, the river level at the Carrollton Gauge is at 14.75 feet, up from 13.71 feet on March 4.  Flood stage begins at 17 feet.
