This series covers a trip we took to Virginia, picking up at the northern terminus of I-59 in Dade County, Georgia. We head east on I-24 and into Tennessee and the city of Chattanooga. We conclude this video at the eastern terminus of I-24 at I-75.

We continue west along I-40, beginning at Mile 432 in Cocke County near
the western edge of the city of Newport. We drive into Jefferson
County, and through the town of Dandridge, the "second oldest city in
Tennessee". From exit 415 to Exit 407, Tennessee State Route 66 runs
concurrent with I-40. We enter Sevier County and the city of
Sevierville, which is near the towns of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We
conclude at Exit 407.

Road Trip #394 - I-40 West - North Carolina Mile 20 to Tennessee State Line
This will be the last video in North Carolina on I-40. We begin in
Haywood County at Mile 20, and drive west through the Smoky Mountains on
a steep and winding highway. Along this route, we see low speed limits
and warning signs of rock slides. We also encounter a tunnel. We
finish up at the Tennessee State Line.
