Road Trip #259 - Earhart Blvd and Earhart Expressway - New Orleans, Loui...

A drive along Earhart Blvd beginning at US Highway 90 Business in the Central Business District, through a corner of Central City, then Gert Town, Hollygrove, and into Jefferson Parish, where the road becomes the limited access Earhart Expressway.  The expressway travels through the Shrewsbury neighborhood, and into the unincorporated community of Elmwood, where it comes to a truncated end at Dickory Avenue.

Louisiana Highway 67, from its southern terminus at Government Street (LA-73) in Baton Rouge, up to LA-64, Main Street in Zachary, Louisiana. In Baton Rouge, this is South, then North 22nd Street, and then becomes Plank Road while weaving over and then under I-110.

Some backroads we traveled near the Mississippi/Louisiana state line, while trying to get from one state highway to another during a roadtrip filming.  This is mostly dirt roads through woods with a couple of interesting wooden bridges near the end of the video.

A rainy drive on I-65.

We reach Giles County, Tennessee at the beginning of this video, and drive the last 22 miles of Tennessee before finishing up at the Alabama State Line, entering Limestone County. For a few miles, the rain that had been threatening to come down since we got on I-65 finally attacked with a vengeance. Fortunately, it didn't last long.
